The Dr. Dale E. Hartz Scholarship Fund for College Students
The Dr. Dale E. Hartz Scholarship Fund for College Students has been established in honor of Dr. Dale Hartz's community impact and servant leadership that has impacted our work here at 20:24 Ministries.
Dr. Dale Hartz is an assistant professor of management at Barry University. With over 15 years in higher education, Dr. Hartz has coined the phrase "impact through action". Additionally, Dr. Dale has served in numerous organizational consulting roles and was the founder of Better Future Facilitators, a nonprofit organization that was focused on helping homeless women and men living in shelters build and own B Corp Businesses.
Dr. Dale is a staple in the Barry University community and is known for his generosity, ability to care for and connect with his students, and willingness to learn new things. In addition to his dedication to his students and community; Dr. Dale is a loving father and grandfather and a doting husband to his perfect wife, Karen (Kaycee).
Dr. Dale has played a very influential role in our founder's life. Dr. Dale has been a mentor, father figure, and guiding light. We strive to assist our next generation of change makers and change leaders to achieve impact through action.
